We ship all orders within 24-48 hours. For overnight orders we make every effort to ship same day. We offer free shipping on all US orders over $300. For orders under $300 standard shipping within the US is $15. All international and overnight US orders are quoted based on location.

You can return your MATEK purchase for a full refund if unworn with all tags still on the garment(s) within 14 days of purchasing. *Unworn meaning no signs of wear, no visible dirt, hairs or makeup stains. The returned garment must be in pristine condition to be resold. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted for refund. To request a return or exchange please email hi@matek.clothing and we will respond with a return label. Shipping within the US is complimentary on all exchanges. Once received and approved your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

MATEK clothing is ethically made in a factory in Alhambra, California as well as a factory in China. We take our relationship with our factories and it’s employees very seriously and make it a point to work closely with everyone working there.

All of MATEK’s materials have been hand-picked, tested, and in some cases custom made to ensure you are getting the safest and highest quality product. Keeping track of waste is very important to us, not only in fabric usage and material sourcing but also in our packaging. Everything we choose is with intense purpose.

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from MATEK to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered to your specified address, it is no longer covered. Signature is not required on any of our shipments.

If you would like to change anything in your order please cancel your existing order ASAP and create a new order with the correct items. We ship all orders after 24-48 hours. If we have already shipped your order before you make the change you will have to re-order and return the original order we sent you.
